A delicious and comforting pot of spaghetti made effortlessly in a crockpot, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or sausage
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Layer the browned meat in the crockpot. Pour in the marinara sauce, add the uncooked spaghetti noodles, then add the water.
  3. Season the mixture with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir gently to combine the ingredients without breaking the noodles.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until spaghetti is tender.
  6. Final stir before serving, and top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Watch cooking time to avoid mushy spaghetti. Keep the noodles whole for better texture.
