Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
  • 1 cup buffalo wild wings sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice; rotini or penne)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the buffalo wild wings sauce over the chicken.
  3. Add minced garlic and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to package directions.
  6. In the last 15 minutes of cooking, stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the sauce.
  8. Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir well.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Consider substituting chicken thighs for a juicier texture or using white wine for acidity. Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
