Ingredients

  • Spray oil (for greasing)
  • 4 tablespoons of Dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup of Milk
  • 2–3 pounds of boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the CrockPot by spraying the inside with oil to ensure easy cleanup.
  2. Mix the dry ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the CrockPot and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken to coat well.
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 5 to 6 hours, ensuring the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
  5. Serve by shredding the chicken in the sauce and enjoy over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.

Notes

Avoid overcooking by checking the chicken’s internal temperature early. Use low-fat ingredients for a lighter option.
