Ingredients

- 1 cup vodka

- Plastic shot cups
Instructions
- Boil water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Dissolve gelatin powder into the boiling water until completely dissolved.
- Cool the mixture for about 5 minutes.
- Combine vodka and cold soda into the mixture; add food coloring if desired.
- Pour the mixture into plastic shot cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 to 4 hours until fully set.
